Shipping Policy

Everything in the Nelson Matoma shop is printed to order and posted straight to you. This page explains how that works.

Where we ship

We currently deliver to addresses in Australia only.

Postage cost

Postage is a flat rate of $9.95 per order, however many items you buy. It is shown at checkout before you pay. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Made to order

Your items are produced by our print partner after you place your order, not taken from stock. Most orders are produced and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days. If you order more than one item, they may be made in different places and arrive in separate parcels. You are only charged postage once.

Delivery times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery within Australia usually takes 3 to 10 business days. These are estimates only. Busy periods, weather and carrier delays can make deliveries take longer.

Tracking

Where the carrier provides tracking, the details are sent to the email address you gave at checkout once your order is on its way.

Check your address

Please check your delivery address carefully before you pay. Orders go into production quickly, so we may not be able to change an address afterwards. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away and we will do what we can. If a parcel is returned to the sender because the address was wrong or incomplete, we may need to charge for sending it again.

If your order is late or doesn't arrive

If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time after the estimates above, please contact us with your name, the email address you ordered with and what you ordered. We will look into it with the carrier and our print partner and sort it out.
