Fitting the drawings to your event
A specific theme, outfit or background can be worked into the drawings. Just let Nelson know in advance. Fees may apply depending on the request.
A3 paper is standard, and every drawing goes into a clear protective sleeve. Nelson can also draw on other surfaces, such as T-shirts, mugs or canvas, and can draw custom group caricatures for teams.
Booking and quotes for corporate events
Private events are priced separately, depending on the location, the type of event and the number of guests. To receive a proposal, send your date, venue, how long you would like Nelson to draw and your guest numbers on the contact page.
Travel outside Sydney is possible, and interstate and international bookings are welcome. Travel fees may apply depending on the location. Book as early as possible, especially for busy dates, as the calendar fills up quickly.
How many staff and guests can be drawn?
A typical face takes about 5 to 7 minutes, so Nelson can usually draw 7 to 9 caricatures an hour. Use these figures to plan how long to book for your attendance.
